Customer Satisfaction: Band of Brothers Cleaning undertakes to perform the service required by the
customer according to the highest standards in the cleaning industry. We require that a representative of the customer
be present at the end of the job to approve the results and pay for the performed service if cash payment is agreed. We
must be notified within 24 hours if this is not possible, and we will then be allowed to re-do the cleaning and solve any
problems at no additional cost. However, once we have received approval from a customer's representative about our work,
we cannot accept further complaints.
Complaints: Band of Brothers Cleaning requires that you be present at the end of a cleaning job so that
you can inspect it. Please remember, however, that we cannot be held responsible for permanent stains or damages that may
become more apparent after the upper layer of dirt has been removed. We won't accept complaints reported more than 24 hours
after the service is performed.
Cancelations: We require 24 hours' notice for cancellation of booked services. A Cancellation Fee equal to
the amount of the scheduled service will be imposed on those who fail to provide adequate notification. Band of Brothers
Cleaning reserves the right to cancel an appointment if the condition of a property is hazardous to our operatives' health
and safety.
Pricing & Payments: We'll provide you with a quote based on the information you give us.
Band of Brothers Cleaning reserves the right to change prices if we find more work needs to be done when we inspect your
property. We expect payment to be made by cash before our operative leave the property or by bank transfer 24 hours in
advance.
